I graduated from New Mexico State University with a BA in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Stage Management. This is my first show with MBS Productions and I couldn't be happier! I most recently worked with Rover Dramawerks in the very funny Shakespeare in Hollywood and Gilligan's Island: The Musical. I've dreamed of working on The Nutcracker ever sinceI was a little girl and I would like to thank Mark-Brian for making my dream come true and then some. I would also like to thank her husband, William and my family for all their support, encouragement and love.
I can remember the first time I saw The Nutcracker; I was no more than 10 years old. My family and I made a huge deal of the night. We dressed up, I even got to wear make-up, and we went out to a very nice dinner. The theatre was beautiful, it was very ornate and the red, gold and blues just dazzled me. The show was amazing, glitter and chiffon everywhere. The thing I remember the most about the show was the Peacock Lady. They brought her down the aisle in a gold cage and she was so beautiful. The whole show was wonderful. Little did I know that night I would fall in love with the theatre and I never looked back.
